Bruce Peterson and Rob Mulder have finished testing the ISAF Approved Roberts FormulaR boards and they're ready for Roberts customers to order now.

The ISAF Approved board - 100 x 244 - is blazing fast and turns like a dream! And with custom widths available down to 87cm, these boards initially appear more like a big disk than the racing missiles of a few years ago. But when control, range and speed on all points of sail are what matters, these boards are the fix. The rocker and AVS configuration are much the same as Roberts dominating race boards. The boards are dished out making them thinner, concave decked, and lighter for greater footwork and acceleration. The short length reduces wind resistance and swing weight to improve handling on reaches and in the turns. The effective wind range is an incredible 8 - 28 knots for advanced sailors or 10 - 25 knots for intermediates! Effective sail range is from 6m - 12m. Fin Range is from 45cm - 70cm.
